I am over 30, in fact I'll be 35 on this coming Friday (go Pisces!), I'm single, and I don't have children. I don't necessarily feel pressure to have children, but I do oftentimes feel a little like an outcast because ALL of my close friends and mentors (except you) are married with children. I can't relate to most of their daily lives (a few are stay at home Moms) and when we're all together (alot of times with their kids), the conversation tends to center on their kids and kid related things. My womb is not doing cartwheels or itching to have a child, so I'm kinda like O_____o. While I've decided that I'm okay with never having a child, I plan to wait until I meet someone that I would want to have a child with and be connected to for the rest of their lives. Mind you, I have 4 nephews of varying ages and LOTS of younger cousins that always need some sort of parenting, so if it never happens, I'm good.

I am 47 and have one on my left ear. It does itch at times and when this happens, it means that fluid is making its way down the tube. I have never had an infection and once every two weeks, I can squeeze the "fluid" that has a pus consistency. I plan to see if it can be closed surgically.

You ask why is she famous? - I ask how could she not get famous.
First of all, all of the spy cases are apriori get attention just because it's a rare thing when they get uncovered. At second, do you know many female spies? If "yes", are they as young as Anna and as good-looking as her? I'm not saying she is beautiful or something, but she is good looking and that's a fact.

I consistently vote Democrat, and I'm all for comprehensive sex education, but I don't understand why you call someone hypocritical, simply because they are Christian and yet not perfect. Why do people like you think that in order to be Christian you no longer make mistakes? Isn't the entire premise of the Christian faith based on the idea that we're ALL sinners?

Kia, thanks for sharing this on my article! Great personal account. I have to admit, I'm scared to try out an IUD, so I'll stick with my Nuvaring LOL. But I think it's a great option for women that don't mind the bleeding and other common side effects. I have a low tolerance level for cramps, so I don't know if I could manage o_O haha. I love Nas as an artist ... I shouldn't comment on his personal life that I know lil about from this media storm over his divorce ... But I do believe that the amount being ordered is ridiculous... There is nothing fair about him having to pay that much money.... I think the judge is being completely awful & unjust.

Very interesting blog; I didn't read the original one you're responding to...For the last 4 years I worked with a county agency helping low-income families. The majority were young black women who had numerous babies, usually all by different dads. It was part of my job to ask about their history and situations, and time and again it boiled down to the same thing - baby #1 was unplanned, and they continued having babies with each successive boyfriend in hopes that it would make him stick around and be a daddy to all the other babies. I can't say I know enough to speak about all single black mothers, but this was the experience I had. Personally, I am a single white mother with no intention or desire to ever get married.

I just wanted to add that there is another Dominican salon I know of in the Germantown section of Phillyl It is called Cleopatra II (that roman numeral 2) and it is located at 5602 Germantown Ave
Philadelphia, PA 19144 and their phone number is 215-848-5253. It is a nice and rommy salon. The best hair dresser in my opinion there is Geesie pronounced like saying the letters G and C/ GC. She is very pleasant and nice, and she does a good job without having a heavy hand with that heat dryer. Someone else had put too much heat in my hair and I left with my hair smelling burnt.

The one point that stuck out was your comment about why we have children in the first place. Raise your hands, everyone, who had children because they were pressured by a grandparent? Now I'm willing to bet that far too few of us think of how we hope to make the world a little better through our progeny. That concept goes over and above the construct of "family," whichever form it takes.

Also, Julie234 seems to be bitter about something. Just sayin'.
